Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer within 48 hours of your order placement. We do not ship on weekends. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you.
Return Policy
You must have a Return Authorization Label to return an item. Contact our Customer Service Department at support@showerbenchesplus.com. We will ask for the invoice number, date of purchase, quantity, item numbers, model number, serial number and reason for return. Based on this information, a Return Merchandise Authorization Label may be sent to you. Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) expire 30 days from date of issue. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days. Unused and unopened items in saleable condition which have a RMA and are received within 60 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All merchandise returns are subject to a detailed inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted (Do not adhere labels to retail packaging). Unused and unopened items in saleable condition, returned as a result of ShowerBenchesPlus.com error need to be resolved within ten(10) days of original receipt. ShowerBenchesPlus.com shall issue a return shipping label and process a replacement order or credit where applicable. Only items returned with the original receipt shall be eligible for credit. We will replace or repair defective items based on manufacturer's policy.
